The Professional Development Journal (PDJ) is published in two booklets.
The first, contains Professional Development Activities (PDAs) that support trainees’ learning in Phase 1 of the programme during the LATiS days. It is included here for reference so that CMs may familiarise themselves with its content and what the trainees have been doing in school to prepare for their first placement.
The second PDJ is associated with the learning trainees make throughout Phases 2 to 5 of the programme whilst they are on School Placement 1 and School Placement 2. The PDAs are designed for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 so will be completed across both placements.
